1 How to track my order?

Our normal shipping carrier is Eparcel, however we also have accounts with Fastway. Transit costs and time depends on where you are. We will only post out orders once payment has been received or cleared. Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out via Australia Post on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out the next business day. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with an estimated date of arrival and tracking details. Please remember that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. Please be patient!

2. What is 580g Max cream chargers?

This is the new version of Whipped Cream Chargers which contains 580 grams of Nitrous Oxide used to refill your cream dispensers in the fastest and easiest way possible. Each 0.95L canister contains 580g of the highest culinary grade n20 gas available, and considerably reduces wastage vs 78 of 8g standard Cream Chargers per 1 of our units. 

 

3. Does the 580g Max come with the regulator?

Regulator not come with 580g cylinder, you need to buy seperately. But each 580g cylinder will come with a small Pressure Release Nozzle. With the spinning nozzle, Use this nozzle to get rid of any left-over gas in order to safely dispose of the cylinder. Easily dispose of tank at an iron dump near you.

5. How does pick up in store work?

No we don’t accept in store pick up at the moment.

 

6. Can I phone the store or send an order via email

7How to Return an Item

If something mistakes, damaged, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Please keep in mind we don’t accept return in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

 

8. Is it safe to buy on your site?

People are often understandably nervous about submitting credit card and personal information online. Generally, if you are on a page that is headed with https:// in the web address, you are in a secure environment. Skywhip.com.au uses a 3rd party company to test our site and server daily for known security problems. Personal information is stored on the secure server, facilitating reorders from our company with a phone call or email if desired by the customer. Never submit your personal or financial information to a website without security controls.

 

9What about my privacy? Do you share my personal information?

We do not sell or share your information with anyone or any other companies. Your privacy is important to us and we will not share your information with any other company unless you give us your permission. To better protect your privacy and understanding of our procedures, we make an online privacy policy available in different areas of our website. If you have submitted an online order with our web store, we may send you a newsletter that includes recipes and normal discounts on select items. You can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter with the click of a button.

 

10Is nitrous oxide dangerous?

With proper care, nitrous oxide chargers are extremely safe. Never open the nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide chargers with any type of device not found on our website. It could be dangerous! Always keep both chargers and dispensers out of reach of children. Never dispose of full chargers; you must always empty them first. Temperatures of chargers should never exceed 50 Celsius or 120 Fahrenheit. Always empty the whipped cream dispenser before you open the top for cleaning.
