1. How to track my order?
Our normal shipping carrier is E parcel, however we also have accounts with Fastway. Transit costs and time depends on where you are. We will only post out orders once payment has been received or cleared. Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out via Australia Post on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out the next business day. 2. What is Max cream chargers 580g tanks?
This is the new version of Whipped Cream Chargers which contains 580 grams of Nitrous Oxide used to refill your cream dispensers in the fastest and easiest way possible. Each 0.95L canister contains 580g of the highest culinary grade n20 gas available.
3. Does the 580g Max come with the regulator?
Regulator not come with 580g cylinder, you need to buy separately. But each 580g cylinder will come with a small Pressure Release Nozzle. With the spinning nozzle, Use this nozzle to get rid of any left-over gas in order to safely dispose of the cylinder. Easily dispose of tank at an iron dump near you.

All of our cream chargers come in recyclable packaging and are mostly made from recyclable materials. After you’ve used the cream charger, put the empty cylinder in a cardboard box marked as recyclable. Then throw it in the yellow trash can or one marked as recyclable.
6. What are the differences between 580g and 660g?
The 580g and 660g has the same cylinder size and just a little different on design. But 660g is the upgrade version and has 14% more N2O gas than 580g. You can check the specifications of the bottle to distinguish them and also the 660g is heavier than 580g.

8. How long can I get the refund?
In most cases, it will get back to your account in a day or within 10 business days.
9. Can I cancel my order if the order has been posted?
Sorry we can not help to cancel your order which has been posted. And if you insist to cancel, we have to get the return products firstly and charge RTS fee of your order, then we will process a partial refund to you.
10. How to return an Item?
If something mistakes, damaged, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.

- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

With proper care, nitrous oxide chargers are extremely safe. Never open the nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide chargers with any type of device not found on our website. It could be dangerous! Always keep both chargers and dispensers out of reach of children. Never dispose of full chargers; you must always empty them first. Temperatures of chargers should never exceed 50 Celsius or 120 Fahrenheit. Always empty the whipped cream dispenser before you open the top for cleaning.
14. What are the differences between Startwhip Max cream chargers and Skywhip Pro Max cream chargers?
