At Skywhip Pro, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrectly described, or different from the product ordered, please contact our team as soon as possible.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit.
  • The item is faulty or defective.
  • The item does not match the description provided.
  • The incorrect item was supplied.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included.
  • Skywhip cream chargers cannot be refilled and must not show signs of use.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will send confirmation along with any applicable return instructions.

Damaged, Lost or Faulty Products

If a product is damaged or lost during transit, or arrives faulty, please contact us immediately.

After assessment and verification, Skywhip Pro may:

  • Provide a replacement product; or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

If a returned product is confirmed to be defective after inspection, a replacement may be arranged where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change-of-mind reasons, including:

  • Purchased elsewhere

For approved change-of-mind returns:
