SKYWHIP PRO MAX AUSTRALIA provide 24-hour online order service. All our parcel will post by Eparcel service and comes with tracking and signature upon delivery. We also offer Pick Up in Store option to Melbourne customers.

We will only post out orders once payment has been received or cleared. Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out via Australia Post on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out the next business day.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with an estimated date of arrival and tracking details. 

Below are the usual estimated delivery times from when the order has been picked up from us. While we are confident most orders will arrive on time, some orders may still be delayed by up to 3 business days due to COVID-19

Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something mistakes, damaged, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • We will refund or resend if the damaged or losses conducted by Freight company.
  • We will resend the replacement in your next order if the item is error or defective after inestigation.

    Please keep in mind we don’t accept return in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

    How to Return an Item

    • Click to Contact us page and begin by entering your detail, email address and the reason for the return.
    • Our team will start to process your request once they received the email.
    • We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return label and return instructions.
    • After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.
