Skywhip Pro Max Australia offers a 24-hour online ordering service. All parcels are shipped via trusted courier partners and include tracking and signature upon delivery. For customers in Melbourne, we also offer a convenient Pick Up in Store option.

Orders are dispatched once payment is received or cleared.
Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

Returns Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something mistakes, damaged, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • We will refund or resend if the damaged or losses conducted by Freight company.
  • We will resend the replacement in your next order if the item is error or defective after investigation.

Please keep in mind the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs; this applies to buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

How to Return an Item

  • Our team will start to process your request once they received the email.
  • We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return label and return instructions.
  • After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.
